50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Pale straw. Surprisingly light nose. Then a lovely, sprightly, highly developed, reasonably rich palate. This tastes so much older than it smells! There’s even a little bit of very slightly decayed fruit on the end. Creamy texture and very satisfying on the palate but a little bit disappointing on the nose.
